So, we are actually not

leaving Dubai like all

our colleagues.

We are going to stay in

Dubai for a bit longer

because we have some

business meetings and

some other things next

week to get

started with.

But before we do that,

Sascha, maybe let's do a

bit of a quick round up

on how did you

experience the

comdivision kickoff

this week and how do

you think we

are going to move

with that?

It was amazing to see

the team growing.

The new team members

first time

seeing each other.

I remember the first

days and yeah, Abdel

said to Matthias.

"Hey, I never expected

you are so tall."

And so, you never get

it in an

online meeting.

So, it was great to see

everyone here directly

in Dubai in person and

kicking off 2025.

Yeah, and I think

actually that overall

we covered a

lot of topics.

So, it was not only

about procedures and

our own vision.

We had enough time to

actually talk about VCF

which was covered by

our team with all

the feedback, all the

input we had from

VMware by Broadcom back

out of Orlando.

So, from all the

advisory boards and the

Knight sessions over there.

But also, we had the

opportunity to learn

from Broadcom directly

from the team about

AI.

Maybe you can say one

or two words on that

one as well.

Yeah, we talked

a lot about AI.

So, Eiad and Ross told

us the story from the

VMware view and how we can

bring the AI to the

customers, to service

providers, but also to

the enterprise.

Because a lot of our

customers starting with

the AI journey, service

providers come to

us and ask how can we

bring AI to the market?

How can we grow our

business with the

complete AI stuff?

And I think we covered

a lot from the

technical perspective,

but also from

the sales marketing

go to business

perspective.

So, we had a lot of

meetings the last years

have had our first

experience

with AI together

with the customers.

And now we're really

starting to grow the

business with AI to

bring it in the market,

service providers, with

the go to market, with

business decisions,

business development,

but also our enterprise

customers to get in

touch with the

developers,

to get in touch

with the IT teams, how

we bring or what are

the requirements for AI.

So, it will be an

interesting journey.

So, when we look at the

next week, I'm really

looking forward that we

finally have

the chances

to spend more time with

the VMware team down

here in Dubai talking

about not only what

we are going to do here

in Dubai in Middle

East, but also talking

about what are we going

to do in Europe because

some of that within

Broadcom is also

managed by

now from down

here.

We are going to meet

with the distributors

again and talk about

how they are actually

offering our design

services through

other partners.

And we are going to

meet with a few

enterprise customers

and some government

organizations

over here as well to

really start growing

the business here

locally from

our Dubai office.

And we might meet some

people in Saudi and

stuff like

that as well.

I'm really looking

forward that we can

finally start

everything here in the

region and see

what really

grows out of it.

We are also going to

meet with some new

employee candidates

potentially this week.

And that again is going

to help us grow the

team here because I'm

pretty sure we will

quickly run out of

resources again.
